Sales

The condominium units at the Kona Billfisher are Fee Simple properties. Owners are responsible for the sale of their unit(s). The Kona Billfisher and LaTour Hotels and Resorts do not act as real estate agents. A unit title includes ownership of the unit for a time period from the 15th day of a month to the 13th day of the next month. Time periods are designated by Alpha starting with A = Jan/Feb, B = Feb/Mar, etc, through L = Dec/Jan. All owners belong to the AOAO and pay a yearly maintenance fee.

How Do You Post Your Unit For Sale?

1.  Sign in using the blue Owner Login button in the menu bar above.

2.  Using the menu bar navigate to Sales.

3.  Click on the List Unit For Sale button on the top right of the Sales page.  Please note: this button is not available if you are not signed in.  

4.  Fill out the Sale Form, enter in your payment details, and press Submit.

 

Sale ads can be posted for a fee of $30.00 and include one free edit.  Additional edits will be assessed $15.00.  Every listing, whether comprising separate units or split-time availability, is regarded as a distinct sale ad. As such, each one will require its own designated post and sale ad fee.
