Transient tax from all guests and owners that check-in. This fee is based on a percentage of the value of the unit's annual maintenance fee. For our property the fee has been calculated to be:

1 Bedroom: $5.41 per night

2 Bedroom: $7.22 per night

Downtime Policy*:

1 Bedroom downtime stay over for owners who own back-to-back intervals is 1/28 of their maintenance fee. For 2022 this is $73.24 Plus tax of 4.4386%.

2 Bedroom downtime stay over for owners who own back-to-back intervals is 1/28 of their maintenance fee. For 2022 this is $97.95 Plus tax of 4.4386%.

*Downtime does not apply to renters, exchanges, or guests.
